Who am I?
THEMI Consulting was founded by me, Theo Milos, a passionate entrepreneur dedicated to making a difference. With experience in business, politics, and nonprofit work, I have a strong passion for communication, marketing, and social development.
I have successfully led nonprofit organizations to new heights, one of the organizations I managed was awarded Association of the Year within one of Sweden’s largest federations, with nearly 9,000 members. Through strategic and focused social media work, I created strong engagement, wide reach, and lasting results.
My expertise also extends to platforms like TikTok, where I’ve produced content and interviews with substantial impact. In the summer of 2025, I worked with Referee Abroad, an international company with over 13,500 followers on Instagram. As media manager during the world’s largest youth football tournament, Gothia Cup, I helped generate over 1.5 million views on Instagram in just one month.
